Rodrigo lives at Point Dume, 7 minutes from MariSol and always available for a showing.  He represented over one billion dollars in luxury real estate transactions in the last 20 years.  Co-broker for the Westside’s Premier Guard Gated Community, the Brentwood Country Estates, originally owned by Conrad Hilton consisting of 250 acres of land. Directly responsible for the sales of the 13 estate lots with homes ranging from 7,500 sqft. to over 25,000 sqft. of interior living space.

Rodrigo has participated in the architectural design of many homes with world class architects such as Robert Earl, Gus Duffy, Richard Landry, and Bill Hablinsky.  He was noted by the Wall Street Journal as being number 37 in the year 2007 of the top luxury real estate agents for the size and number of transactions in the entire nation.  Rodrigo represents the finest lots and houses for sale in Malibu, California and was recently reported in the Los Angeles Times by selling Jack Nicholson's 70-acre ranch near MariSol.

MariSol is represented by Joyce Rey, an expert regarding land and luxury houses for sale in Malibu, California.  Joyce Rey is one of only two Executive Directors of Previews International, (Estates Division of Coldwell Banker) in the United States. She also co-founded the first company to exclusively represent luxury real estate over 1 million dollars in America. In 2010 she closed the highest sale in the US and the highest sale in West LA ever by an agent. She currently holds one of the highest priced residential listings in the United States.

Haute Living selected her as one of the 100 most influential Angelenos for 2009. Joyce was chosen by the National Women's Political Committee for Miss October in their 2008 calendar of women leaders as well as the Global Image Leader Award chosen by The Los Angeles Business Journal 2008. The American Cancer Society selected Joyce to be the honoree for their Spirit of Life Award of 2008.
